Booking and Cancellation Policy

By Booking & Dining at Basile restaurant, all guests agree to the following:

  1. Basile ownership reserves the right of admission.
  2. Any illegal activity in Basile is strictly prohibited and subject to legal action.
  3. Guest understands and agrees to comply with all the applicable laws and mandates (including wearing a mask, as required).
  4. Basile is committed to a safe dining experience. All guests agree NOT TO HOLD Basile responsible for any unfortunate illness, incidence, or accident while at Basile.

5. Guests required to provide a credit card for booking confirmation are subject to the following cancellation policy: 

  • Guest can cancel the reservation any time prior to 48 hours of the actual reservation WITHOUT any cancellation charges.
  • Reservations canceled within 48 hours of the actual booking or ‘no shows’ are subject to a cancellation charge of $35 per person.
  • Cancellation charges once processed can be used as ‘credit’ within the next 5 days towards takeout orders from Basile.

6. For any specials and promotions, please read all the details, carefully and completely.
